Annual Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Manchester has developed its Agency Annual Plan for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2023, in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority's Office located at 522 Martin Luther King Drive, Manchester, GA 31816. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023, via Zoom at 11:00AM. Everyone is invited! Please contact our office for the zoom information.
